Room Odor Sanitizer for Home Stagers
If you've ever walked into a home to give a consultation and smelled pet
odors or other annoying "fragrances", then you know already how impossible it
can be to sell a home that has bad odor.
I have 5 cats, which means there are multiple litter boxes spread around,
especially in the garage where they sleep at night. No matter how often the
litter box is cleaned or changed, there can sometimes be some pretty offensive
odors that collect. Pet urine is one of the most pungent odors and it can
take weeks or even months for the odor to dissipate.
So imagine the problem if you're a home staging specialist and you want to
help your client rid their home of unpleasant odors before an up-coming open
house, or before it goes on the market at all.
I'm sure you've heard news reports or read headlines. There is something "not right" about the air we breathe. I became alerted to bad air after traveling
on 4 different planes and immediately getting very sick afterwards. I learned that the air on an airplane is very unhealthy and that gerns are passed around throughout
the entire flight as the air is merely recirculated, not sanitized.
Dirty air is just one aspect. How about odor? Perhaps someone in your home or a client's home smokes. That lingering, stale stench of cigarette or cigar smoke
is nasty, especially to those of us who never smoke. I recently received a portfolio from a trainee that was so smoke filled I had to set it outside for a whole
day to air out, and even then it was over a week before I could tolerate being near enough to it to preview it. The thought of all that poison going into my lungs
was intolerable, not to mention the bad odor and the ensuing headache it would produce.
I don't know about you, but I want peace of mind, not only for myself but for my family. And since I'm in other people's homes so much, I want the ability to
"clear the air", so to speak, and rid their environment of foul odors and contaminated air.
Thankfully there is a solution for redesigners and stagers. I vouch for it myself.
I own one of these nifty units and am happy to report that it does exactly what
it was designed to do: remove odors.
It actually removes the odor - not just mask over it like sprays or scented
oils do. It removes the odor permanently, and usually within an hour or
two - depending. I put my unit in the garage at night and turn it on.
In the morning the garage smells fresh and clean, even if the pets have used the
litter box during the night. Fantastic!
IMPRESSIVE RESEARCH - Since 2004, Kansas State University, the nation's foremost agricultural and biological research center, has been testing this product in their labs.
Recently researchers presented the impressive results to the US Department of Agriculture because the unit's ability to reduce up to 99.9% of mold, mildew,
and bacteria on surfaces has very powerful implications in the agricultural and food service industries. - Not a bad recommendation.
Operation is Quick and Easy
- You just unpack the box.
- You plug in the unit.
- You place it in the room where the odor exists.
- You designate how large an area you want to freshen (250 square feet,
500 sq feet and so on)
- You turn on the unit.
- You leave.
- You return later to fresh air!
Light weight and easy to move, you can do an entire home while you're at the
home staging it for market. The unit is strong enough to freshen the whole
downstairs in a matter of hours. Then you can move it upstairs if you're working
on a home with multiple levels.
You can loan or rent it to your clients to continue to use after you leave.
You Know I Wouldn't Steer You Wrong
What I like about this product is that the technology is unique. The manufacturers first studied the natural processes that take place outside. Then they used
technology to recreate (or reproduce) that same effect inside. The result is a cleaner, fresher air inside the home.
Granted, it can be a bit pricey and you don't want to get this until or unless
you're actually working for clients (unless you just want it for personal use).
But if you really want to present your home staging services as being a higher
quality than that of your competition, add this delightful tool to your arsenal
of services. It won't take too many clients "renting" the service for you to
recoup your investment. Use the unit in your own home between appointments.
That's what I do.
There’s nothing quite like walking outside and taking a deep breath of fresh, clean air after a thunderstorm. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to step back inside
and enjoy that same fresh air while buyers are previewing a home? By duplicating the same processes nature uses to clean the air outside,
this unit provides clean-smelling air day and night. These processes work together synergistically to eliminate smoke and odors, and reduce airborne
contaminants. Like clean water, fresh air is essential to our well being - and it certainly is essential to selling a home.
Now, having the fresh air your client wants is as easy as pressing a button. Cleaning the home is hard enough.
That's why this system features the IntelliAir™ system. Whether it's the current fan speed, how much time is left before the Away Mode is finished,
or simple routine maintenance, this unit keeps you informed with its current settings as well as any reminders or messages. Of course,
ease-of-use is only one part of what makes this best selling air purifier an important part of so many people's lives.
The technology inside is what
really makes the difference. As part of our SynAirG process, the unit includes exclusive "Space Certified" Radiant Catalytic Ionization
(RCI); the same technology used to scrub the air inside spacecraft. There's also balanced ionization, a single purifier plate, and germicidal UV light
(as part of RCI) to further enhance overall effectiveness. Finally, it includes a convenient remote control, complete with batteries.
- Eliminates smoke, odors, and tobacco smoke.
- UVC light helps kill airborne germs as they pass through the unit.
- Removes odors from your home, office, car, boat, RV, etc.
- Improves the quality of air indoors
- Customizable to your environment using either the included remote or the controls on the front of the unit.
- Technology alerts you when normal maintenance needs to be performed or service is required.
If you order by
this unit can be purchased for $747.00 plus shipping/handling (available only to addresses in the Continental USA). Not returnable unless damaged in transit.
Damage claims must go to UPS, the ground shipper, not to us.
