Getting Ready for Cold Weather: Home Improvement Tips
The kids are back in school, hopefully we're past the worst of the hurricane season and our good friends in the southern gulf states can be safe and get back to
reconstructing their lives in peace, and the rest of us can turn our thoughts to preparing for the upcoming cold months. With that in mind, this month's tips deal
with things we can all consider that will be good for our homes and property, save us money and give us peace of mind. I'll also be dealing with a brief discussion
on the issue of when it makes good sense to sell or stay, to remodel or move, and including some bits on the value of home improvements you might want to take a look at.
My deepest thanks to all of you who took advantage of the special pricing geared to help one family I personally know who were victimized by the Katrina hurricane.
We have been able to bring them lots of clothes for their 50+ family members, but a very large donation of money as well. And in the process, many of you were able to get
the training you wanted at a discount, so everyone wins. Thanks again for your timely training startups.
Well, enough said. Let's get down to it. The home improvement links are below.
Warm regards,
